  13. Question: Your website says I can transfer large files but when I upload large files, they do not transfer properly or time out. When I upload smaller files it works fine. What gives?

    Answer: The standard upload size setting in PHP is 2 MB. To upload larger files you must change this setting using a .htaccess file in the root of your site or a php.ini file to change the php_max_upload size. If this request it too technical, please contact your hosting provider or system administrator.
